| Abstract: | This paper introduced the implementation of“one enterprise with one policy”mechanism to realize the accurate prevention and control of HSSE risk.The risk detailed identification method and the implementation method of accurate prevention and control was discussed,and the effect of the implementation was analyzed.The“one enterprise,one policy”was put forward to be suitable for the implementation of the concept of accurate risk prevention and control and value management of all factors. |
