我国钻井废水处理研究进展

摘    要:本文对我国钻井废水处理的研究情况进行了介绍,并分析了钻井废水处理方法的研究进展情况、关键技术以及需要解决的问题。提出只有利用组合工艺才能实现钻井废水的达标排放。

Abstract:The paper summarizes the progresses of treatment technologies for drilling wastewater in China. Process is classified into three steps that are pre-treatment, primary treatment and secondary treatment. Pre-treatment is composed of oil-disposal, acidification and neutralization; primary treatment contains flocculation and electro-coagulation-flotation; and secondary treatment contains catalytic oxidation, micro-electrolysis, biological treatment, absorption, and membrane separation. The progresses, key technologies and problems of each treatment are analyzed. Compliance standard for drilling wastewater discharge can be realized by applying the assembled technology.
