CF2ClBr的火花等离子体降解

摘    要:对用等离子体降解CF2ClBr进行了初步研究,产物主要用气相色谱分析。在CF2ClBr的强为2.67×10^3Pa时获得了90%左右的解离率,主要降解产为CF3Cl,Br2,CF4,CF2Cl2。另外,从热力学上对产物进行了解释,得出了产总是朝使体系更稳定的方向生成的结论。

Abstract:In this investigation a prelimiusry study of spark plasma for the degradation of CF2ClBr was studied.The products were analysed mainly by gas chromatography.At the pressure of 2.67×103Pa the degradation rate of CF2ClBr is about 90%.The main products of degradation are CF3,Cl,Br2,CF4,CF2Cl2.In addition,the products were discussed on the ther ther modynamic view-point.The conclusion shoed that the production process can always make the system more stable.
