气相色谱法测定沼气中的甲烷

摘    要:用气相色谱法对沼气成份中的甲烷进行测试。色谱柱为Porapak Q填充柱,载气为氩气,最佳工作条件为:柱温40℃,检测器温度180℃,进样器温度100℃,桥电流50 mA,载气流速20.3 mL/min,并利用外标法建立工作曲线。结果表明:所选色谱条件能够快速准确的对沼气进行测试,分离效果好,有较高的重复性和准确度,适合大量样品的测定。

Abstract:In this paper,the methane component in biogas produced in the anaerobic digestion by gas chromatography was introduced.A 2 m × φ 3 mm column packed with Porpak Q and argon carrier gas was used and the optimal working conditions were as follows: column temperature at 40℃,detector temperature at 180℃,sampling chamber temperature at 100℃,range as 50 mA,carry gas velocity as 20.3 mL /min.The methane component was determined by external standard curve.Results show that the optimized conditions can analyse the biogas accurately and quickly and have effective separation,The results also indicate that the optimized conditions have higher precision and better duplication.It is a satisfactory method that can be used in the detection of large amount of samples.
