脱硫喷淋塔除尘的影响因素及效果分析

摘    要:根据燃煤电厂烟气中粉尘成分、来源及排放特性,对影响脱硫喷淋塔除尘效率的因素进行了分析,结果表明:粒径>0.3μm时,颗粒度越大,去除率越高,粒径<0.3μm时,则相反;烟气流速及浆液喷淋密度与除尘效率呈正相关性,优化各影响因素,喷淋塔除尘效率可高达84%,其处理后粉尘质量浓度<50 mg/m3。

Abstract:The influencing factors of dedusting effect on sprayer were analyzed based on the dust constituent,origin and discharge character.The results show that when the dust diameter is larger than 0.3 μm,the dedusting efficiency is improved with the increment of dust diameter.And when the dust diameter is less than 0.3 μm,the result is reversed.Both the flue gas flow rate and spray intensity are positive correlation with dedusting efficiency.When the influencing factors were optimized,the dedusting efficiency of sprayer reached 84%,and the dust concentration of outlet flue gas was less than 50 mg /m3.
