IC反应器处理酒精废水的生产性启动研究

摘    要:对生产性IC反应器处理酒精废水的启动过程及其处理效率进行研究。当进水COD浓度为15 000 mg/L条件下,出水COD仅有500 mg/L左右,COD去除率在95%以上。在反应器启动初期曾因操作失误出现酸化现象,后来经过投加NH4HCO3和厌氧出水中和调节pH,反应器内部环境得到一定的改善,到启动结束时,两个反应器内pH均稳定在6.8左右,VFA也下降到400 mg/L左右。

Abstract:The start-up and efficiency of IC reactor treating ethanol wastewater were studied. During the operation if COD of the influent was controlled at about 15 000 mg/L, that of the effluent would be only 500 mg/L or so. The COD removal rate was above 95 % . In the initial stage of start-up, the operating error caused the acidification. After adding NH_4HC0_3 and regulating pH of the reactors, the internal environment of the reactors was improved. To the end of the start-up, pH in the reactors rose to 6.8, and VFA dropped to 400 mg/L.
