| 摘 要： | 本文论述了吉林市环境管理信息系统(JLMEMIS)的系统设计指导思想,运用结构化系统设计的方法进行系统设计。重点介绍了系统功能模块分解,系统流程图、系统输入输出设计、数据库结构设计及应用模型的选择。
