摘 要: | 建立快速测定废水中微量油的紫外分光光度法。使用正己烷作为萃取和测试溶剂,同国标方法(GB/T16488-1996)所用的四氯化碳相比可减少对测试人员的伤害。使用浓硫酸磺化和蒸馏相结合的提纯溶剂方法,可节省实验的准备时间。结果表明,该方法所需设备简单,不需特殊试剂,测定速度快,准确度较高。

STUDY ON RAPID DETERMINING TRACE OIL IN SEWAGE BY ULTRAVIOLET SPECTROPHOTOMETRY |

Abstract: | A method for determination of trace oil in sewage was developed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The method that using n-hexane as an extractant had a little injure to lab assistant, as compared with CCl_4 used by GB/T16488-1996 method. Purification method for solvent, combined sulfonation with distillation, decreased time of trial preparation observably. It showed that the method of oil determination was convenient, rapid and precise. |
