| Abstract: | The paper describes the position and affect of the system programme in the water pollution concentration control of the city.It introduces the order of system plan,the methodsof plan and the route of technology,the model of plan as well as solution,the total scheme and design of the scheme.These have the guiding sense to concern study and water pollution conentration control of the city. |
