| 摘 要： | 土地利用区域调控是土地利用总体规划的重要内容。目前，我国已经进入第三轮土地利用总体规划修编工作，分析了新形势下我国土地利用区域调控的背景、目的和原则，从土地利用综合分区和功能分区两个角度探讨了我国土地利用区域调控的实践途径，并提出若干保障措施。

| Abstract: | Regional land use control was an important content of comprehensive land use planning.Nowadays,it was the third time of China to revise the comprehensive land use planning.Facing the new situation,this paper analyzed the background,purpose and principle of regional land use controlled in our country,afterwards,from two angles: comprehensive and functional regionalization,the paper researched on the practical ways in regional control,and put forward some indemnify measures from it. |
