Consideration on public participation in the inspection and acceptance of the environmental protection of construction projects

The inspection and acceptance of environmental protection of completed construction project is important environmental protection management method our country. The law and system foundation of public partici- pation in the inspection and acceptance of the environmental protection of construction projects are elaborated. The public participation in the inspection and acceptance of the environmental protection of construction projects can not only maintain the public environment rights and interests, provides the reliable basis for completion envi- ronmental protection acceptance,but also strengthen environmental protection administration department reson- sible for democratic and scientific decision. The current situation and problems of public opinion survey in the in- spection and acceptance of the environmental protection are pointed out. Some recommendations on strengthe- ning and standardizing the public participation are put forward.
