| Abstract: | Law is an unavoidable tool to fulfill an effective environmental protection . The main purpose of this article is to investigate the main difference aspects of the environmental law in both countries that are differentiate by the economic development. The aspect of environmental law that will be developed in this paper include: sphere of the environmental law, the development of the legislation, the main objectives and the fundaments of the legal system. |
