| 摘 要： | 国际上流行的一种项目管理模式——Partnering模式,具有很明显的特点,能够提高工程质量、按时完工、节约预算投资、减少诉讼,可顺利解决我国城建项目管理当中的一些主要矛盾。结合我国城建项目管理的现状,讨论了成功引入Partnering模式所应采取的主要措施,诸如:程序、机制、工作研讨会等。

| Abstract: | Partnering mode is a popular project management in the world and has obvious feature,including improving the project＇quality,completing on time,saving the budget investment,reducing the litigation and successfully solving some principal contradiction in urban construction project management,According to the current status of China urban construction project management,it discusses the major measures that should be taken when the Partnering mode is successfully introduced into China,such as：procedure,mechanism,working semingars,etc. |
