摘    要:某染料厂采用微电解-H/O-生物接触氧化组合工艺处理染料废水。工程设计规模为高浓度有机废水30 m3/d、低浓度有机废水70 m3/d,运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果良好,出水ρ(COD)≤100 mg/L,ρ(苯胺)≤1 mg/L,色度≤50倍,ρ(氨氮)≤15 mg/L,pH为6~9,达GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准。

Abstract:The assembled process of microelectrolysis-H/O-biological contact oxidation was applied to treat the dye wastewater in a dye plant.The designed capacity of treating wastewater included 30 m3/d high concentration organic wastewater and 70 m3/d low concentration organic wastewater.The running results showed that the treatment process had good effect,the effluent quality was COD ≤100 mg/L,aniline≤1 mg/L,chroma≤50 times,ammonia nitrogen ≤15 mg/L and pH=6~9.It could meet the first-order of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB 8978—1996).
