高含硫气井周边居民疏散安全分析方法

摘    要:高含硫气井周边居民疏散安全问题是石油天然气行业面临的主要公共安全问题。笔者提出了一套周边居民疏散安全分析方法:以井喷形成的1000ppm硫化氢烟羽的最大覆盖范围作为最小疏散范围,通过泄漏扩散模拟和人员疏散模拟技术预测基于该最小疏散范围的可用安全疏散时间(ASET)和必需安全疏散时间(RSET),通过对比分析ASET和RSET便可以评估周边居民在井喷情况下的疏散安全水平,进而提出针对性的对策措施。最后,通过一个实例验证该方法的可行性。

Abstract:Evacuation safety of residents around natural gas wells with high hydrogen sulfide content has become a major public security problem faced by oil and natural gas industry.To solve this problem,an evacuation safety analysis method is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the minimum evacuation area can be determined by calculating the maximum covering range of smoke plume with a H2S concentration higher than 1 000 ppm during well blowout.Secondly,the available safety egress time(ASET) can be predicted by way of leakage diffusion simulation method,and the required safety egress time(RSET) can be predicted by way of staff evacuation simulation method.Then,by comparing ASET with RSET,it can be assessed whether the residents have enough time to evacuate from emergent area resulted from a potential well blowout.Meanwhile,corresponding countermeasures are proposed for the evacuation.Finally,this method is illustrated to be practical.
