| 摘 要： | 根据我国职业危害的现状和各级职业危害监管部门的监管需求，分析了职业危害监管信息系统的结构，设计开发了职业危害监管信息系统（政府版）。系统采用三层B／W／S模式，分为县级、市级、省级、国家级四级用户，包括数据管理、监督管理、统计分析、风险评估与分级、应急救援管理、地理信息系统、专家咨询、系统管理和帮助等功能模块。本系统将WebGIS技术应用于职业危害监管领域，实现了系统抽象数据的直观化、可视化，为职业危害监管决策提供了帮助和支持。系统的应用将有效地改善职业危害监管的手段，大大提高监管的效率。
