摘    要:首次报道了利用百合根尖细胞微核细胞率作为环境监测指标的可行性和优越性。实验证明,百合根尖比蚕豆根尖细胞的微核细胞率更敏感。

Abstract:The feasibility of using micronuclei cells in Lilium davidii root-tip cells as an indicator for pollutants was studied. It has been shown that the percentage of micronuclei cells in Lilium davidii root-tip cells is related closely to the quality and quantity of the pollutants in water and there is a linear relationship between the concentrations of pollutants and the percentage of micronuclei cells. The percentage of micronuclei cells in Lilium davidii root-tip cells is more sensitive than that in horsebeans.
