粉末活性炭处理焦化废水酚的研究

摘    要:通过试验研究比较粉末活性炭和柱状活性炭对焦化废水中酚的去除效率,并重点研究了粉末活性炭粒度和投加量等因素对焦化废水酚的去除效率的影响。研究结果表明:与柱状活性炭相比,粉末活性炭对焦化废水酚的去除率有明显提高;同时,粉末活性炭对焦化废水中酚的去除率受粒度大小、曝气与否,以及投加量等因素的影响。并找出最佳粉末活性炭粒度、投加量和吸附处理时间。

Abstract:The removal rate of hydroxybenzene form coking waste water with powder activated carbon and column activated carbon are compared in this paper through experimental research. The influence of granularity and quantity of powder activated carbon to the removal rate of hydroxybenzene are specially studied. The research show that the removal rate of hydroxybenzene with powder activated carbon is obviously increased compared to that with column activated carbon, and that the removal rate of hydroxybenzene is influenced by factors such as the granularity, quantitiy of powder activated carbon and aeration.
