光杆断脱自动防喷装置的研制

抽油井在运行过程中时有因光杆断脱导致的井口失控油气泄漏,从而引起安全环保生产事故。为解决该类问题,研制一种光杆断脱自动防喷装置。通过前期设计、室内实验及现场实验,逐步改良结构和密封方式,使该装置具备了安装简单、现场操作方便、运行稳定可靠、能在光杆断脱后自动密封控制井口等特点,有效消除了环境、安全等次生事故发生。

The Development of Automatic Blow-out Prevention Device for Rod Breaking in Pumping Well

During the operation of the pumping well,oil and gas leakage at the wellhead is out of control due to the broken rod,which leads to safety and environmental protection production accidents.In order to solve this kind of problem,an automatic blowout prevention device of polished rod breaking has been developed.A new type of automatic blowout prevention device for rod breaking in pumping well.Through preliminary design,laboratory experiment and field experiment,gradually improve the structure and sealing method,this device has the advantages of simple installation,convenient operation on site,stable and reliable operation,and can automatically seal and control the wellhead after the polished rod breaks off.It effectively eliminates the occurrence of secondary accidents such as environment and safety,and has the value of popularization.
