| 摘 要： | 噪声对人体健康的影响日益突出,我国现行法律在噪声污染对受害人的补偿方面在立法上存在许多不足,环境噪声污染的程度要用国家规定的排放标准来衡量。造成噪声污染损害的,要公平、恰当地确定赔偿金额。
