| 摘 要： | 在研究厄尔尼诺（拉尼娜）事件对黑龙江省低温洪涝灾害的影响中,提出了一种表征厄尔尼诺现象的IEN指数,并根据IEN指数谱分析结果给出了厄尔尼诺（拉尼娜）事件的统计预测方法。对1997年强厄尔尼诺和1998年拉尼娜事件的实际预报效果表明,该方法是可行的,在区域和省级短期气候预测中可以发挥重要的作用。

| Abstract: | In studing the effect of El Nino(La Nina) events on low-temperature disaster and flood in Heilongjiang Province, an El Nine events-characterzing index IENand a spectrum analysis of IENbased on statistic predicting method for El Nino and La Nina events are presented. Actual prediction for strong EI Nino event in 1997 and LaNina event in 1998 illustrated that the predicting method here is feasible and can play an important role in short-term climate prediction in region and provincial level. |
