摘    要:从我国20个省市采集176份土壤中分离出苏云金芽孢杆菌51株.以cry1,cry2,cry3,cry4,cry-n,cry7,cry8,cry11,cry13和cyt的引物作PCR分析.结果表明:4株含有cry4,12株含有cry7,4株含有cry8,4株含有cry1,2株同时含有cry1和cry2,27株无PCR产物.未检测到其它基因型.经电镜扫描伴胞晶体形态多种多样,主要有菱形、球形、方形、多边形和不规则形.图3表3参15

Abstract:51 strains of Bacillus thuringiensis were isolated from soils in 20 provinces of China. The 51 Bt strains were identified by PCR method with general primers of cry1, cry2, cry3, cry4, cry-n, cry7, cry8, cry11, cry13 and cyt genes. The results showed that 4 strains of them contained cry4 type gene, 12 strains contained cry7, 4 strains contained cry8, 4 strains contained cry1, respectively, while 2 strains contained both cry1 and cry2, but 27 strains did not give any PCR product. Furthermore, none of them contained cry3, cry-n, cry11, cry13 and cyt type genes. Observed by scanning electron microscope, these Bt parasporal crystal shapes were bipyramidal, round, cuboidal, polygon and abnormity. Fig 3, Tab 3, Ref 15
