| 摘 要： | 石油工业经过几十年的发展,目前所面临的主要问题是如何更加安全、健康、环保地开展生产经营活动。文中选取具有代表性的四家国外石油公司管理体系进行分析,总结其共同特点,提出了改进中国石油企业HSE管理体系的建议。

| Abstract: | After decades of rapid development,the present major problem of oil industry is how to improve the safety,health and environmental protection to carry out the production and operation activities. Based on the above concept,international oil companies pay more attention to their own management system. This article analyzed the management system of four representative foreign oil companies,summarized their common characteristics,and gave some suggestions on improving HSE management system for Chinese oil companies. |
