炼制高硫原油后部分换热器下线安全再用技术

目前炼油企业在加工高含硫原油的必然趋势下,为实现装置安全、平稳、长周期运行,有计划地提高设备级别、更换旧设备成为当务之急;合理利用旧设备,降低安全隐患,充分挖掘现有资源,是企业降耗增效的有效措施.针对2001年下线的18台浮头式换热器再用技术,进行了两种结构改制对比,提出了一种切实可行的改造方案.

Reuse Technique of Heat Exchangers Employedin Refinery of Crude Oil with High Sulphur

Under the necessary trends of refinery of crude oil with high sulphur, some measures to operate the equipments in safety, smooth and long period status; to rise the class of the equipments with planning; and to exchange used equipments are important and urgent purposes for enterprises. And it should be also emphasized to utilize used equipments;to reduce hazardous potenrials; to fully develop resources;to decrease consume; and to increase the benefit. In this paper, the comparisons between two structures reformed and reuse techniques for float head heat exchangers dismounted 18 sets in 2001 are made and some reformed schemes are also presented.
