FCC废催化剂对炼油厂生化后废水臭氧氧化催化作用

摘    要:用液化催化裂化(FCC)废催化剂对炼厂生化后废水进行吸附和臭氧化处理,对初始COD浓度约为90mg/L的生化后炼厂污水,当用废催化剂作为吸附时,COD去除率达到41.1%;当臭氧投加量为0.022g/L时,加入FCC废仙伦剂COD去除率可达59%,其臭氧化指数(OI)为1.58;反应前后废水pH基本不发生变化,试验结果表明,FCC废催化剂可作为水处理剂处理生化炼废水继续使用。

Abstract:The refinery post -biodegradable waste water was disposed with FCC stable catalyst used as absorption agent and catalyst.The COD removal the can reach 41. 1% and 59% respectively after being absorpted with FCC stable cataly and ozone/stable catalyst.The ozonation index is 1.58,and pHin waste water is steady.The results show FCC stable catalyst can be uzed as chemical agent to cleanse refinery post -biodegradable wast water.
