| 摘 要： | 通过统计分析2000年我国发生的109起特大伤亡事故的主要特点及原因，结合职业安全卫生管理体系（OHSMS）的实质、内容、特片和运行模式，认为在我国全面实施OHSMS是遏制各类事故发生的有效措施。

| Abstract: | The major characteristics of 109 super casualties that took place in China in 2000 are analyzed through the statistical data. The contents, essence, distinguishing features and running mode of OHSMS are reviewed. It is suggested that the full scale implementation of OHSMS in China is the effective measure to preventing casualties from occurring. |
