有毒蓝藻及藻毒素生物降解的初步研究

摘    要:采用序批式生物膜反应器,对有毒藻类viridis及藻毒素RR、YR和LR进行了生物降解试验研究。结果表明,好氧生物处理对供试有毒蓝藻及其藻毒素的降解远比缺氧生物处理工艺有效。同时,显微镜观察结果表明,好氧条件下,草履虫对有毒藻类和藻毒素降解起重要作用。研究成果提供了一种有效的富营养化水的生物处理方法,也有助于进一步阐明其处理机理。

Abstract:The degradation of microcystins RR, YR and LR and also of Microcystis viridis was studied by using batchbio-film reactors. The results showed that oxic reactor was much more effective than anoxic reactor for degradation ofMicrocystis viridis and microcystins. Microscope examination also showed an. important discovery that Parameciuminside the oxic reactor played a significant role in decomposing Microcystis viridis and microcystins.The results may giveguidance to effective water treatment by means of aerobic biological method and bring to light the mechanism for treat-ment of eutrophic water.
