液氨泄漏风险评估和风险分级方法

摘    要:通过选择具体案例对液氨储存区进行风险评估,得到不同大气条件下、一定时间内泄漏液氨蒸气的影响范围和浓度分布情况,并根据液氨急性毒性准则将案例的计算结果进行危害分级,可为该项目安全规划和决策的制定以及实现对风险的预防和控制提供依据。

Abstract:By making risk assessment for the liquid ammonia storage park with a specific case,this paper obtained the influential scope and concentration distribution of liquid ammonia leaking vapor within certain time under different atmospheric conditions,and made the harm grades with the calculation results according to the acute toxicity rules of the contamination.This can provide the reference for the safety planning and decision-making of the project so as to prevent and control the risk.
