中空纤维膜器中二(2-乙基己基)磷酸萃取铈(Ⅲ)的动力学研究

摘    要:研究了在中空纤维膜萃取器中二(2-乙基己基)磷酸(HDEHP)萃取铈(Ⅲ)的动力学,通过测定水相和有机相流速,水相铈(Ⅲ) 浓度、酸度和有机相HDEHP浓度,得出了萃取速率的规律。实验结果表明,在本实验条件下,萃取速率 为界面化学反应控制,Ce^3 与第一个HD EHP二聚体离子HA^-2的配位反应是萃取速率的控制步骤。

Abstract:The kinetics of solvent extraction of Ce(Ⅲ) with di (2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid (HDEHP) using a microporous hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane extractor has been investigated. By examining the effects of flow velocities of aqueous and organic phase, Ce(Ⅲ)and hydrogen ion concentrations in aqueous phase, HDEHP concentration in organic phase and temperature on extraction rate of Ce(Ⅲ), the regularity of extraction rate was obtained. The experimental results indicated that the extraction rate is controlled by chemical reaction on interface under the experimental conditions and the reaction between Ce(Ⅲ) ion and the first dimeric polymer ion of HDEHP (HA-2) might be the rate-controlling step.
