粉煤灰改性试验及应用

摘    要:以粉煤灰为原料,进行了粉煤灰的改性工艺研究.通过测定三种方法改性的粉煤灰中氧化铁和氧化铝的浸出率及对酚去除率的比较来确定改性方法.考察改性粉煤灰用量、搅拌时间、静置时问三个因素对酚去除率的影响,粉煤灰用量为10g/L,搅拌时间为45min,静置时间为55min时效果最好.

Abstract:The method of modification was determined by investigating the leaching rate of Fe2O3 and Al2O3 of fly ash and comparing the removal effect of phenol in waste water.During the study of the removal ratio in waste water treatment the dosage of fly ash,stirring time and static time were investigated.The best result was reached at the following condition:the dosage of fly ash was 10g/L,the stirring time was 45 min,and the static time was 55 min.
