| 摘 要： | 经济与环境的高度融合是“十二五”环保规划的核心思想.为此我国将采取严厉的宏观环境政策,实行环境优先的战略方针.在“十二五”规划中,环境保护对冶金行业提出4项基本要求:产业结构减排,SO2治理工程,SO2管理减排,NOx治理工程.
