| Abstract: | The aim of this study was to determine the possible effects of meteorological factors on the crown condition of Norway spruce in habitats with different site humidity. In many cases the correlation between meteorological indices and crown condition was stronger and more reliable in habitats with normal humidity than in overmoist habitats. Our results suggest that meteorological conditions during the vegetation period play more significant role compared with dormant period for spruce crown condition. |
