| 摘 要： | Evaluation Model and Method of Low Carbon Level of China＇s Oil and Gas Enterprises
ABSTRACT Basing on systematic ideology and process approach, this paper selected the ＂oil and gas extraction＂ and ＂petroleum refi ning＂ as two typical processes, considering about source adjustment, process control, emission utilization and comprehensive promoting systematically to establish a five factor system model named low-car- bon development in petroleum industry. Then the paper analyzed the factors using Life Cycle Analysis model and Driving Forces State Re sponse model in macro and micro levels respectively.
