摘    要:在热态试验台上研究了石灰和NaHCO3作为吸附剂时,焚烧烟气中HCl和SO2的净化效果。实验研究表明,HCl的排放达标是更主要的任务,在HCl的初始浓度不高于70mg/m3时,NaHCO3和石灰与焚烧烟气中HCl的化学量比(NSR)在4.0以上,HCl和SO2的排放才能满足欧盟2000标准。经济性方面,虽然NaHCO3比石灰的价格贵,但NaHCO3对保证排放标准更为可靠。

Abstract:HCl and SO2 dry-scrubbing in a lab-scale experimental furnace with NaHCO3 as scrubbing reagents was investigated and its effects were compared with those of lime under different conditions.The results showed that HCl is a more troublesome gas since its scrubbing is more difficult.In order to meet the requirements of emission limitations for incineration flue gas defined in EU2000/76/EEC,the normalized stoichiometric ratios(NSR) of NaHCO3 and lime to HCl and SO2 should be higher than 4 if initial HCl concentration is lower than 70 mg/m3.From view point of economy,lime is cheaper than NaHCO3,however,due to many reasons such as difficulties associated with operation,NaHCO3 is still suggested to be the reagent to meet standard EU2000/76/EEC.
