偶氮染料对小球藻的毒性研究

摘    要:本文研究了偶氮染料对藻类生长及若干生理代谢过程的影响。 实验结果表明,偶氮染料对藻的生长速率及生物量均有一定的影响。与藻的叶绿素合成相比,藻的光合放氧对偶氮染料较敏感。偶氮染料能抑制藻的ATP酶活性,其原因之一可能与偶氮染料与ATP的相互作用有关。 统计分析结果表明,藻对偶氮染料具较强的耐受性,这就为实际工作中利用藻类净化印染废水提供了保证。

Abstract:This paper studied the effect of azo-dye on the growth and other physiological processes of algae.The experimental results indicate that azo dye has an influence on the growth rate and biomass of algae, and compared with the synthesis of chlorophyll, the oxygen ygen evolution of algae is a sensitive index to azo dye.Azo-dye can inhibit the ATPase activity of algae to some extent. partially because use of the interaction between azo-dye and ATP.Statistical analysis indicates that aigae are very flexible to azo dye, this makes it possible to pytrify the dye waste water by using algae in pratical ways.
