静电激发袋式除尘器中布风结构数值模拟优化

摘    要:静电激发袋式除尘器气流分布是影响设备性能的关键技术问题之一。针对静电激发袋式除尘器内部流场特点,采用标准k-epsilon湍流模型,压力-速度耦合采用SIMPLE算法,应用FLUENT对其流场进行数值模拟。模拟计算了4种不同布风结构形式下静电激发袋式除尘器气流分布,得到不同结构下除尘器全流场迹线和滤袋表面气流速度分布,并运用滤袋间隙气流上升速度以及最大气流不均幅值验证1块气流分布板和灰斗两侧挡风板结构形式下的气流均匀性。结果表明:1块气流分布板和灰斗两侧挡风板结构形式下,除尘器内各滤袋的流量分配均匀,气流分布良好;滤袋表面速度为0.05~0.15 m/s,且最大气流不均幅值为0.09。

Abstract:The airflow distribution of electrostatic excitation filter (EEF) is one of the key technical issues that affect the performance of the device. According to the characteristics of internal flow field of the filter, the standard k-epsilon model was used to calculate turbulent viscosity, the SIMPLE algorithm was used for pressure-velocity coupling, and the then FLUENT model used for numerical simulation. The airflow distribution of the EEF under four distribution structures was simulated, and the corresponding overall airflow tracing line and the surface airflow velocity distribution obtained. The vertical airflow velocity of filter bag gap and maximum flux uneven amplitude were researched to verify the airflow uniformity under the structure of one airflow uniform plate and wind shield on both sides of the dust hopper. The results showed that under the structure of one airflow uniform plate and wind shield on both sides of the dust hopper, the airflow distribution in the filter bags was uniform. The airflow velocity on the surface of filter bag ranged between 0.05 to 0.15 m/s, and the maximum flux uneven amplitude is 0.09.
