2002年3-6月国内安全事故数据

统计了2002年3-6月国内发生的各种安全事故871起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故.统计表明,在这些事故中,矿业事故最多,占61. 8%,平均每天4.5起事故,其次是交通事故(16.3%)、爆炸事故(6.7%)、火灾(6.0%)、其他事故(5.6%)、毒物泄露和中毒(3.7%).871起事故共死亡2 197人,伤3 321人,死亡人数的百分比分别为矿业事故53.7%、交通事故28.0%、火灾6.1%、爆炸事故5.9%、其他事故5.1%、泄露中毒1.2%;受伤人数的百分比分别为泄露中毒37.4%、交通事故26.9%、爆炸事故14.2%、矿业事故11.8%、其他事故5.3%、火灾4.4%.

STATISTICS OF INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENTS IN CHINA DURING THE PERIOD FROM MARCH TO JUNE IN 2002

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from March to June in 2002. There are 871 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories (Tables 1~6): mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 871 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 61.8%, 16.3%, 6.7%, 3.7%, 6.0%, and 5.6% respectively. The total casualty is 2 197 and the percentages for the six categories are 53.7%, 28.0%, 5.9%, 1.2%, 6.1%, and 5.1% respectively. The number of the wounded is 3 321 and the percentages for the six categories are 11.8%, 26.9%, 14.2%, 37.4%, 4.4%, and 5.3% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top ten provinces and cities with the highest accident number are: Sichuan(178 accidents), Hunan(95), Chongqing(67), Shaanxi(64), Guangdong(41), Hebei(41), Guizhou(34), Gansu(28), Liaoning(27), and Yunnan(26). The top ten provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are: Sichuan(271 dead), Hunan(188), Heilongjiang(188), Liaoning(156), Chongqing(136), Guizhou(134), Shaanxi(133), Guangdong(109), Hubei(97), and Hebei(85). And the top ten provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are: Shanxi(576 wounded), Guizhou(362), Guangdong(308), Liaoning(290), Zhejiang(261), Sichuan(209), Henan(194), Shaanxi(129), Hubei(124), and Hebei(104).
