| 摘 要： | 综述了我国餐饮废水的处理方法，具体分析和比较了生物降解、膜生物反应技术、混凝法和电化学法的优缺点。指出组合物理、化学和生物法，将是解决我国餐饮废水污染问题的最佳途径，并对今后我国餐饮废水处理技术研究方向进行了展望。

Development of Methods for Restaurant Wastewater Treatment in China |

| Abstract: | The methods for treating restaurant wastewater in China were summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of different methods, such as biodegradation, membrane bioreactor, coagulation and electrochemistry were compared and discussed. The integration of methods including physical,chemical and biological methods should be the best choice to resolve the problem of restaurant wastewater treatment. |
