摘    要:科学合理的评价指标体系是往复压缩机组安全评价的基础,并直接影响评价结果的准确性.以人-机-环境-管理的分析方法建立了一套包括安全管理因素、设备因素、技术资料因素、环境因素、救援措施5个方面的系统的、科学的安全评价指标体系,并以层次分析法为理论基础,用判别矩阵来确定各层评价指标的权重,从而提高了往复压缩机组安全评价结果的准确性和科学性.

Abstract:Scientific and reasonable evaluation index system is the basis for safety assessment of reciprocating compressors,which directly affects the accuracy of evaluation results.In this paper,human-machine-environment analysis method is applied to establish a systematic and scientific safety assessment index system,including the safety management factors,equipment factors,technical information factors,environmental factors and rescue measures.Based on the theory of AHP,this paper uses discrimination matrix to determine the weights of each layer index,so as to improve the accuracy and scientificalness of the safety assessment results of reciprocating compressors.
