摘    要:利用动态气体吸附实验装置,以丙酮、苯和甲苯作为挥发性有机物(VOCs)的代表物质,进行了纯组分、二元组分和三元组分测试介质通过A性呼吸器过滤件的吸附穿透实验,对实验结果进行了分析和比较。实验结果表明,过滤件对于纯组分和多元组分的吸附穿透过程大体上相似;但过滤件对于不同VOCs物质具有不同的防护能力;并且由于过滤件对于不同VOCs物质选择吸附性的不同,多元组分的吸附穿透过程出现共吸附和竞争吸附现象,而使得过滤件的使用寿命、吸附容量和传质区长度等穿透特性发生显著变化,降低了过滤件的防护性能。

Abstract:The single-component,binary-component and ternary-components tests are conducted with acetone,benzene and toluene as representatives of VOCs in dynamic adsorption experiment device.The experimental results are analyzed and compared.The results show that the adsorption-penetration processes of both single-component and multi-component VOCs in respirator filter are similar;however,the respirator filter has different protection capability for different VOCs.In addition,since the different adsorption selectivity for different VOCs of respirator filter,co-adsorption and competitive adsorption happen in the adsorption-penetration process of multi-component,which definitely affects the penetration characteristics,such as service life,adsorption capability and length of mass transfer zone,thus the protection property of respirator filter is reduced.
