基于灰色聚类分析的轨道交通应急能力综合评价

摘    要:通过分析轨道交通应急能力的影响因素,建立多层次的评价指标体系,引入灰色聚类分析对轨道交通应急能力进行综合评价。针对传统灰色聚类分析计算复杂、繁琐的缺点,在对二级指标的评价中对聚类指标规范化,采用区间化白化权函数进行简化处理,然后对得到的一级指标综合值再次进行聚类分析。结果表明,聚类分析在多层次综合评价中具有较好的实用性和可操作性。

Abstract:Firstly,this paper analyzes the factors affecting metro emergency capacity and establishes a multi-level evaluation index system,then introduces the gray clustering analysis to evaluate emergency capacity of rail transportation. Aimed at the shortcomings of traditional gray cluster analysis…computational complexity and red tape,the second indicators has been standardized,the interregional whitening weight function been used to simplify processing and also overall index value obtained has been conducted cluster analysis again.The results show that multi-level clustering in the comprehensive evaluation is practical and operational.
