超滤-电渗析集成技术综合处理赤泥附液的研究

摘    要:针对铝厂高碱度赤泥附液,采用超滤-电渗析集成技术处理回收其有用成分。首先采用超滤装置进行预处理,使透过液达到电渗析器的进水要求并富集其中的铝,然后对超滤透过液采用电渗析工艺进行调试,确定最佳工艺参数,最终使净化水达到生产用水标准,同时使浓缩端出水中的碱含量富集到可以回收的浓度,从而实现资源循环利用。

Abstract:The high-alkalinity wastewater generated from aluminum factory is treated by ultrafiltration-electrodialysis integrated technology.Firstly,an ultrafiltration device is used for pretreatment of alkaline wastewater to make permeation solution meet influent requirements of electrodialyzer and enrich the aluminum therein;secondly,the ultrafiltration permeation solution is adjusted by electrodialysis technology to determine the optimum technological parameters,make purified water reach the process water standard and moreover and the alkali content in effluent water at concentration end enriched to the recycled concentration,so that the purpose of resource recycle can be realized.
