| 摘 要： | 近期长江口北支河势的不利发展已严重制约了沿岸地区社会经济的发展,合理确定北支的开发目标和整治思路已十分迫切。根据北支河势演变特征、趋势、整治方案的初步研究,提出长江北支综合整治目标为3个方面:减轻或消除北支咸潮倒灌南支,为南、北支淡水资源开发利用创造有利条件;逐步改善北支的航运条件,让昔日黄金水道重焕活力;延缓北支的自然淤积,在一定时期内维持北支引排水功能。借鉴钱塘江河口治理经验,同时考虑北支特点,要达到北支综合整治目标现阶段比较可行的是缩窄方案,具体来说,需实施上中下联动整治。

| Abstract: | The unfavorable variation of river regime of the north branch of the Changjiang Estuary has severely restricted the economic development of the region along the river.It’s very urgent to reasonably determine the comprehensive control and development target of the north branch.According to the preliminary study on riverbed evolution features,tendency and implemented scheme,3 comprehensive harnessing targets are proposed:alleviating or eliminating the saltwater intrusion from north branch;gradually improving navigation condition of north branch;delaying the natural sedimentation.Considering the characteristic of north branch and drawing lessons from regulation of Qiantang Estuary,the narrowing scheme is relatively practicable at the present stage to reach the above-mentioned targets.Iin detail,it needs integrated regulation of up-reach,middle-reach and down-reach. |
