步降试验数据仿真及其验证方法

摘    要:目的设计并验证步降应力试验数据的仿真方法,为开展其他仿真分析提供理论支撑。方法通过蒙特卡罗方法,根据步降试验的基本原理,对其试验数据进行仿真过程分析,根据仿真结果回推既定参数,通过比较得到仿真误差。结果仿真数据回推的参数与给定参数的误差为0.732%。结论仿真误差在可控范围内,说明仿真方法及其验证方法有效,保证了仿真的可行性。

Abstract:Objective To design and verify simulation method of step-down-stress accelerated life test(SDSALT), in order to provide theoretical support for other simulation and analysis. Methods According to the basic principle of SDSALT, simulation procedure of test data was analyzed by Monte-Carlo. The simulation error was obtained by comparing the simulation result and the known parameter. Results The error between the simulation result and the given parameter was 0.732% . Conclusion The simulation error was acceptable, which proved that this simulation method and its verification method were effective, ensuring the feasibility of simulation.
