摘    要:目的对飞机外表面进行清洗,保持飞机清洁美观,去除腐蚀性介质和污染物,避免飞机表面遭受腐蚀。方法选择飞机日常维护中具有工程应用基础的6种不同类别飞机清洗剂(AHC-1,AHC-5,Delec,TFQX-1,Cee Bee 280,Calla Solve 120),依据MIL-PRF-85570D和GJB 5974—2007,对6种飞机清洗剂的性能进行评价分析。结果按照标准中的测试方法对清洗试验件进行对比,TFQX-1和Calla Solve 120两种清洗剂的清洗效果最好。结论飞机清洗是预防飞机腐蚀的第一步,使用TFQX-1和Calla Solve 120这两种清洗剂可以作为飞机外表面日常腐蚀防护、清洗的有效手段,在飞机中推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To clean the aircraft surface, keep aircraft clean and beautiful, remove corrosive media and contaminants, so as to avoid the surface corrosion of aircraft. Methods Six different kinds of aircraft cleaners (AHC-1, AHC-5, Delec, TFQX-1, Cee Bee 280, Calla Solve 120) were selected which were used for engineering application in aircraft maintenance. The performances of the six kinds of cleaners were evaluated according to MIL-PRF-85570D and GJB 5974—2007. Results The comparison of the test samples according to the test methods in the standards showed that TFQX-1 and Calla Solve 120 had the best performance of cleaning. Conclusion Aircraft cleaning is the first step in preventing aircraft corrosion. The application of the two different kinds of aircraft cleaning (TFQX-1 and Calla Solve 120) in the daily aircraft maintenance is an effective means to prevent corrosion and cleaning, which is valuable for popularization and application.
