开发区规划设计中的环境保护问题

随着我国城市工业化的发展,开发区规划设计已成为城市规划中的一个组成部分.目前开发区规划设计尚无具体标准可循,且规划中出现了许多不利于环境保护的问题.为此探讨了开发区规划与环境规划的关系,分析了开发区规划设计影响环境质量的主要因素,并从环境保护角度提出了开发区规划设计的原则、内容和成果要求及存在的一些环境问题.

The Problem of Environment Protection in Planning & Design of Development Areas

With the development of city industrialization in China, planning & design of development areas (PDDA) has become an important part of city planning. At present, no material standards can be followed, and many problems appeared in the planning. This paper discussed the relation between PDDA and environment programme, analyzed the primary factors that PDDA would affect the environment quality, brought forward the principle, content and fruit of PDDA, and expatiated some existed environment problems .
