摘    要:细胞凋亡是微蓑藻毒素(Mycrocystins,MCs)发挥其毒性效应的关键所在,但其具体毒性作用机制目前尚未明确,有关MCs诱导细胞凋亡机制的研究仍然是当前的热点。已有研究表明,MCs诱导细胞凋亡是通过多条信号通路来转导的,各通路间互相联系,共同调节细胞凋亡。本文总结了近年来MCs诱导细胞凋亡的相关信号通路的研究进展,以期为全面阐述MCs诱导细胞凋亡的信号传导通路机制奠定基础。

Abstract:Apoptosis essentially results from the toxic effects of Mycrocystins(MCs),but the mechanism is still unclear,so it's still the focus of current research.Studies have shown that MCs induce apoptosis through several signal pathways which communicate each other to regulate apoptosis coordinately.This paper reviewed the research progress of MCs inducing apoptosis signal pathway so as to lay a foundation for full explanation of the mechanism of apoptosis induced by MCs.
