| Abstract: | According to statistics,over the years mine tailings with about 70 million tons of reserves have been stored up in Sichuan Province.Affected by the Wenchuan Earthquake,many mine tailings produced by mine enterprises become loose.Additionally some mine tailings piled on the hillside by the side of rivers,which seriously threaten the safety of lives and property of the people as well as the environment.It may be obstacle for the sustainable and coordinated developments of national economy and society. |
