| 摘 要： | 摩托车的棘轮、起动齿轮是起动器的重要组成部分,其制造精度高,工艺复杂。此文从工艺性分析、坯料选择、设备选型等方面阐述了两齿轮冷挤压齿成形工艺,对冷挤压模具结构、齿模设计补尝作了详细介绍。
