| Abstract: | During the great west development, the status of eco-environment should be stressed, and eco-environmental protection and construction should be strengthened. In order to overcome the threshold ofgreat west development, "irrigation works" should be transformed into "water conservancy", the greatsafety vies of west development and eco-environmental protection should be made, and environmentalprotection department should play an important role and so on. |
